  • How do I book?
    After you decide what package you would like to book, fill out the inquiry form on the contact page. We will chat and choose a date for your session. I will then send over all of the booking materials electronically through our client portal! This includes the contract, invoice, and payment plan! Once the contact is signed and the deposit of $50 is paid, you are officially booked my friend!!
  • How will you deliver my photos?
    I will send you a link to an online gallery where you will be able to share and download your images. You will also receive a USB through the mail!
  • What is the turnaround time?
    For photography, the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, but you will receive sneak peeks within the first 72 hours after your session! We do offer rush services if you need anything sooner! Please make sure you let us know IN ADVANCE if this is something you'd like to add on. The rush fee is $50 to get your photos back in 3 days!
  • Do you offer prints?
    Absolutely! We have photography labs unavailable to the public that we use so you can get the best prices on QUALITY prints. These labs only work with photographers because their quality is so great. You can print straight from your gallery and your photos will be delivered straight to your door! We also offer albums, but these bad boys will have to be ordered through us. We want to guide you when you are customizing your album so that you will have a professional's opinion of what you need vs what you don't. Plus, we have all of the swatches and examples for you to look at in real life before committing to your design.
  • What about weather?
    We have certain days set aside in our calendar for bad weather days. This way, if our calendars are full and it's supposed to storm on your session date, you won't have to wait an additional two months or so to do your session! We are down to shoot on cloudy and windy days if you are, but also understand if you would like to reschedule to get that pretty golden hour light! Lighting REALLYYY affects the overall look of photos. If it is raining, we will have to reschedule and that is non negotiable. We don't want to risk putting people or our gear in unsafe conditions.
  • Will you photoshop my face and other features?
    No we will not... not even upon request! We do not want to change the beautiful attributes that God gave you, but we will plan out poses that will look most flattering for your features or body types. Never will we ever photo shop or distort body parts. The only changes we will make to your physical appearance is light skin smoothing, eye enhancing, teeth whitening, and removing anything that is not usually there (cuts, scrapes, bruises, acne, etc.). Even with these edits, we will only use them when we feel is needed (which is not often). If you have insecurities of any kind, I recommend choosing outfits that won't show off said insecurities. That is the best solution! We are here to help you feel confident and beautiful in your own skin, not to validate any insecurities that you have by making them disappear. It's time to start loving ourselves! If this isn't something you are ready for, we totally understand! I'm sure there are several photographers who see this from a different perspective than we do and I'm sure one of them would love to work with you!
  • How do you back up the photos and footage?
    While we are at a session, we always have two SD cards in the camera. This means that all photos and footage is being saved onto two separate cards. In the rare case that one card currupts, the files will be on the other! As soon as we get back home from any session, we immediately transfer all files from our SD cards onto a hard drive. We keep all files on the hard drive for at least 6 months after your images are delivered!
